My Last Request
This special website deals with a very sensitive issue in a unique way. It enables anyone to create a physical document that lists their last wishes upon their death. It consists of a series of forms into which you specify how you would like your funeral service to be carried out including choice of music, last resting place, last words and your last request. The online registration concludes with the creation of a printable PDF certificate followed up by an automated email, sensitively written, to their nearest and dearest.
Each certificate owner has an online account that they can use to return to the site to make amendments
The site is fully maintained in-house using a comprehensive bespoke content management system.
